Maintenance Operations Manager
The Maintenance Operations Manager reports to the Director of Maintenance.
To serve as Maintenance Operations Manager, a person must possess qualifications that include:
- Previous supervisory or Managerial experience.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Licensure
- Understanding and application of company policies and procedures.
Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:
- Airworthiness Release and Aircraft Maintenance Logbook entry processes and recording requirements.
- Maintenance duty time requirements and limitations process.
- Major repairs and alterations process.
- Management of personnel, programs, polices and procedures of the maintenance organization to ensure compliance with 14 CFR, airworthiness of aircraft, and a safe work environment.
- Maintenance programs process.
- Ensure appropriate manuals, service bulletins and Airworthiness Directives (AD) are available to support the assigned work.
- Maintaining the condition of maintenance facilities.
- Ensure sufficient materials/tooling is available to support aircraft maintenance and alteration requirements.
- Know the status of work-in-progress.
- Parts and material control processes.
- Immediately advise the Director of Maintenance of any problem that may cause an interruption of the flight schedule.
- Report accidents, equipment damage or damage to facilities to the Director of Maintenance.
- Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) processes.
- Prepare detailed accident or damage reports when incidents do occur and make recommendations to prevent their reoccurrence.
- Monitor compliance with On-the-Job Training (OJT) for assigned personnel.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance personnel per CP Air employee performance criteria, and provide feedback and guidance to achieve performance improvements
- General Maintenance Manual (GMM) maintenance policies, procedures, content, and revisions, including revisions of other technical manuals and Company Operations Specifications.
- Line station maintenance processes.
- Notifies and confirms tools that are due for calibration.
- Other assigned duties.

Manager of Maintenance Training
The Manager of Maintenance Training reports to the Director of Maintenance.
To serve as Manager of Maintenance Training, a person must possess qualifications that include:
- FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant License Experience with same or equivalent Aircraft.
- Ability to instruct information in a clear, concise manner.
- Instructing experience on same or equivalent Aircraft Aircraft systems training course certificates.
Understands and is able to apply Company policies and procedures Duties and Requirements shall include, but not be limited to the following:
- Training of CP Air employees, primarily, but not limited to, the group of employees in the Maintenance Department. This includes technical and non-technical training.
- Assist and conduct training on all CP Air operated Aircraft and equipment.
- Maintain and update employee training records.
- Maintain and update Employee Signature Records.
- Update the maintenance training program. Completion of all department internal company forms, maintenance records documents, work orders, etc.
- Participate in the development, planning and organization of new subject training.
- Fuel Training Process.
- Familiar with CP Air corporate and technical procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
